Nina Paul joined the firm as an Associate with the San Francisco office in 2007.  She was previously a law clerk in 2006.

Admitted to the California Bar in 2007, she is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court in the Northern District of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Ms. Paul practices civil litigation with an emphasis in employment law.  She represents employees in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination and wage and hour claims.  Her employment practice includes actions in state and federal courts and administrative agencies.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Paul interned with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission for three summers.

Ms. Paul received her undergraduate degree in 2003 from the University of California, Berkeley, in Economics, with minors in English and Business Administration.  In 2006, she received her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly, President of the Hastings South Asian Law Students Association and a Governor of the American Bar Association Law Student Division.  She also participated in the Workers' Rights Clinic with the Legal Aid Society, Employment Law Center.

Ms. Paul is the Secretary and Co-Chair of Events for the South Asian Bar Association of Northern California.
