Ball Litigant Has Blown Save

Two lawyers who represented Berkeley restaurateur Alex Popov in his battle to win the record-setting ball have sued their former client. Martin Triano, lead attorney in the case, claims he is owed $473,530.32. ...On the opposing team, meanwhile, everything is amicable. Donald Tamaki, a lawyer with Minami Tamaki LLP who represented Hayashi, said he originally stuck with a 20 percent contingency fee agreement with his client.
